Easily played on foot, this 18-hole course could almost be described as rustic due to its initial design. It is simple without being simplistic and very accessible to beginners, but its slope is not easy and good players often have to be humble. The Brague and the Valmasque are the two rivers that constitute natural obstacles. The course at the Golf Club de Biot La Bastide du Roy stretches over 4604m, par 69. Architects Peter James Gannon and Percy Boomer designed the course to be suitable for players of all levels and to highlight the beauty of the site from the first to the last hole.
